Grace Hanson, MA
Coming to counseling is no easy feat, and finding the right counselor for you can seem daunting. Life experience has helped me to understand this first hand, and is what drives my work as a counselor. My first priority is to meet the needs of my clients. It is my hope that through the process of building the therapeutic relationship, I am able to offer clients treatment modalities that are tailored to their needs.
I take a person-centered, Cognitive-Behavioral approach to counseling, and carry a strong focus on client strengths throughout the counseling relationship. It is always my intent to come alongside clients in their time of need to assist them in making healthful changes towards wholeness. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge working with children, adolescents, and families.
I am currently in the final stages of pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am working under the supervision of Joanna Bloss, LMHC. As a pre-licensed clinician, I am able to offer a reduced fee for clients. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to work together with you.
